    Who has won the 4th Rome Masters Tennis title - Novak Djokovic

    Among the important Sports Current Affairs, On 17th May 2015, Rome Masters Tennis title was won by Novak Djokovic of Serbia. Switzerland's Roger Federer was defeated by Djokovic in the final clash.

    Prize money of 628100 US dollar and 1000 Emirates ATP Rankings points was earned by Djokovic with this win.

    Djokovic won a total of five titles of the season including the Australian Open (defeated Andy Murray), the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells (defeated Roger Federer), the Miami Open (defeated Andy Murray) and the Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters (defeated Tomas Berdych).

    Among the important National Current Affairs, On 18th May 2015, Union Government launched the official website of National Institution for Transforming India (NITI) Aayog. Dr Arvind Panagariya, Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog, initiated the website which can be logged in at http://www.Niti.Gov.In.

    The website is launched along with the blogs section that will have opinions by the officials, articles, work in progress and field reports. Functions, details of the constitution and current activities of the NITI Aayog will be provided by the portal whereas web pages will have reports prepared by the Aayog in its initial stages.

    On 1st January 2015, the government replaced the Planning Commission with NITI Aayog. Subsequently, in the first week of January 2015, the website of the Commission had been archived by the government.
