India's shuttler P V Sindhu bagged bronze medal in World Badminton Championship

Veteran Telugu film director and Artist Sattiraju Lakshmi Narayana passed away

 On 31st August 2014, Renowned Telugu filmmaker Sattiraju Lakshmi Narayana passed away.He was 80 years old. He was famous with the name of BAPU. 

His career started as a Director in 1967 thenafter he directed about 50 films.

His last film was in 2011, name of film was 'Sriramarajyam'. He was also a recipient of Padma Sri in 2013.
