INDIAN FOREST SERVICE EXAMINATION (IFS), 2016

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has notified that it will be holding preliminary screening test for the Indian Forest Service (IFS) Examination 2016 for recruitment to the Indian Forest Service Officers.
Please note that candidates need to apply for Indian Civil Service Examination 2016 to appear in Indian Forest Service Examination 2016.

Age Limit : 21 years to 32 years as on 1st August 2016. The upper age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC and certain other categories of candidates to the extent specified in the Notice.

Educational Qualification : Graduation

Physical Standards : Candidates must be physically fit according to the Regulations given in notice.

Number of attempts :
(i) General Category - 6 attempts, (ii) OBC - 9 attempts (iii) SC/ST - No limit

Fee :  Rs.100/-  (Female/SC/ST/PH candidates exempted)
