    World Population Day celebrated on July 11th every year with goals and intentions to spread awareness about population related matters worldwide. It has been celebrated since 30 years and problems are still rising. When 1st world population was celebrated, there were about 5.25 billion people sharing planet earth but nowadays, population is near to cross the mark of 7.7 billion.
    As per to information provided by Pew Research Centre, India will try to lodge 1450 million people
    in year 2100. Protrusive comparison between year 1950 and 2100 Pew Research Centre entitles
    that India will exceed China by 2100. Also, 5 of the world’s 10 largest nations are anticipated to be
    in Africa. Pew Research Centre made a list of the 10 most populous nations in the world by year
    2100.

    Dutee Chand secures 100m Gold Medal  in - World University Games

    Dutee Chand has made a history by securing 1st rank in 100 meters race at the Universiade, the
    World University Games in Naples. She has become 1st Indian sprinter to secure 100 meters Gold
    Medal in this race. Dutee Chand clocked 11.32s to secure this Gold Medal.
    Dutee Chand was running in the 4th lane but reached at the finish mark ahead of all 8 athletes.
    She got a maximum challenge from Del Ponte of Switzerland who completed her race in 11.33s.
    However, for 3rd rank athlete of Germany took 11.30s to secure Bronze medal.

    President Ram Nath Kovid praised her for securing 100 meters Gold Medal in world university
    games in a tweet. He further added that Dutee Chand's victory is India's 1st such Gold Medal and moment of immense pride for our nation.
    Dutee Chand's records

    • She was born on February 3rd, 1996 in Odisha. 
    • Dutee Chand became a national champion in year 2012 when she secured 1st position under-18
      category with 11.8s victory in the 100m race.
    • She secured 2 Gold Medal at Asian Junior Athletics Championships in 200m and 4x400 meters relays organised in June 2014.
    • She became the 3rd Indian female to take part for the Women's 100m at Rio 2016 Olympics.
    • At the Asian Athletics Championships 2017, she won 2 Bronze Medals, 1 in the Women's 100m, another in the Women's 4×100 meters relay.
    • Dutee Chand also clinched Silver medal in women’s 100 meters finals at 2018 Asian Games.

    According to property consultant CPRE’s annual ‘Global Prime Office Occupancy Costs Survey’, New Delhi’s Connaught Place is ninth most expensive office site in the world with a yearly rent of nearly $144/sq.ft. Connaught Place reserved its ninth place from last year. CBRE is world’s leading commercial real estate services group.

    • New Delhi’s CP is among Top-10 most expensive office markets internationally. According to the
      report, office occupancy cost in New Delhi’s Connaught Place is $143.97/sq. ft.
    • Six of world’s 10 most expensive office markets are located in Asia.
    • For second year straight, Hong Kong’s central district reserved top spot as World’s most too
      expensive market for prime office rents. Its occupancy cost was evaluated at $322/sq. ft.
    • According to the report the grosecureg importance of talent acquisition race are driving prime
      occupancy cost to newer heights. Along with this other driving forces behind rent growth are
      limited supply and moderate construction pipelines in most cities.
