• Lewis Clarke became youngest person to reach South Pole

    Lewis Clarke, 16 years old became the youngest person to reach to the South Pole on 18 January 2014.

    Clarke spent 48 days at temperature of -40 Celsius and winds of up to 193 km/h.

    Clarke hails from Bristol, UK. 

    Important to Note : Earlier this record was with  18 year old Sarah Mc Nair Landry from Canada who made it in 2005.
