How to Crack IIFT

IIFT i.e. The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade exam is basically the written entrance test for two-year MBA (International Business) Programme at IIFT.

As we all know that IIFT is a leading business school of India. This institute is famous for its management courses in International Business Management and Strategy courses. 

However, IIFT conducts a separate entrance test to select candidates, which is Based on marks obtained in the written test, candidates are also further called for essay writing, group discussion and interview round. Here, the candidates have to solve 123 objective type questions in only 2 hours.

Know About the Eligibility Criteria - 

• The interested candidate must have a recognized Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 

• Those candidates who are in their final year of Graduation, they can also apply for the same. However such candidates have to submit the proof of requisite qualification by October first week of the same year.

• Keep in mind that there is no age limit for the applicants.

Candidates fulfilling these above given eligibility criteria can apply for the exam. However, just, clearing the written exam will not help applicants to pursue studies from IIFT. Students have to go through two stages admission procedure. 

 How to Get Your Admit Card?

From November 15th, 2016 only the admit cards have been made available for download. Post downloading the admit cards, candidates can easily check their test centers and other exam related information.

Also those who are willing to change the test center can request through a written application to change the test center. However, it is mandatory for every applicant to obtain their admit card before the last date as entries to the exam center on the day of exam will only be on the basis of admit cards.

Keep in mind that below mentioned ID proofs is important and one can be taken to the exam center on the exam day:

• Passport

• Election I-Card

• College I-Card

• Driving License

Applicants are required to carry their original admit card to the exam center.

Pattern of This Exam - 

• The admission test of IIFT is used to be of two hours, which contains 123 multiple choice questions.

• The IIFT question paper also consisted of questions from the following areas:

English Comprehension, General Knowledge & Awareness, Logical Reasoning & Quantitative Analysis

Please Note: Success in IIFT exam preparation is basically depends on the candidate’s time management skills and also the selection of correct questions. 

However, attempting maximum standard questions in less than 80 seconds each question is the key to excel in the exam.
