Who scales Mount Everest for Record 23rd time ? - Nepal’s Kami Rita 

A 49 years old veteran Nepali Sherpa baptized Kami Rita climbed Mount Everest for 23rd time, breaking his own world record. He reached above the world’s highest peak which is 8850m high. He has its place from Thame village of Solukhumbu district, Nepal and yet again effectively climbed Mount Everest from Nepal side breaking his own world record for most summits on the roof of the world.

• The word Sherpa is derived from Sharpa and which formerly meant ‘people from the East’.
• Earlier word Sherpa purely denoted a group of people who drifted to Nepal from Eastern Tibet.

Rita began his Mount Everest climbing expedition since 1994. But, in 1995 after his customer got sick on way to the summit, he couldn’t climb the Everest. Later in 1995, he uninhibited the summit bid after one of the deadliest avalanches experienced which killed some expedition teams.
In 2017, Kami became 3rd person to climb Mount Everest for 21st time. With this he matched the accomplishment of Phurba Tashi Sherpa & Apa Sherpa, both of them, have retired since then.
In 2018 he climbed the Mt. Everest 22nd time in 2018 and formed a record of most summits on Mount
Everest.
