    Who won Austrian Grand Prix of Formula One - Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg of Germany

    Among the Important Sports Current Affairs, On 21st June 2015, Mercedes racing driver Nico Rosberg of Germany won the Austrian Grand Prix Formula 1 World Championship title in a race held at Spielberg circuit in Styria, Monaco. He was followed by his teammate Lewis Hamilton of Britain at second position and Felipe Massa of Brazil at the third position. Sebastian Vettel of the Ferrari team stood at the fourth position.

    Shashi Bala passed away, she was - Former Indian women's hockey captain

    Noted Indain Hockey Player Shashi Bala passed away after a road accident. Her son also died in this accident which happened. She was captain of national hockey team during the 1997 FIH Women World Cup Qualifier held in Harare, Zimbabwe. She was also member of national team in the 1998 FIH World Cup.

    She also coached Railways hockey team and then after she became selector of Hockey Punjab.

    Who won Gerry Weber Open tennis title - Roger Federer

    On 21st June 2015, Roger Federer won the 2015 Gerry Weber Open tennis title at the Gerry Weber Stadium in Halle, Germany. He defeated Andreas Seppi of Italy by 7-6 (1), 6-4. He won this title for eighth time. Also Andreas Seppi was the first Italian to play in its finals.

    Which country won 2015 FIFA U-20 World Cup - Serbia

    On 21st June 2015, FIFA U-20 World Cup was won by Serbia. Serbia defeated Brazil at the final match held at the North Harbour Stadium in Auckland, New Zealand. Since 2006 after Serbia became independent Nation, it is its first title.

Benazir Bhutto was former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, who was assassinated in 2007. She was first female head of government in a Muslim state. 

    Dr Anna Suvorov is a professor of Indo-Islamic Culture and head of Department of Asian Literatures at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciencesin Moscow, Russia. She was also conferred with "Sitara-i-Imtiaz", which is among highest state awards of Pakistan for her research of Pakistani literature and cultural heritage.

    Who won men's singles of Aegon Tennis Championships at the Queen's Club - Andy Murray

    Among the Important Sports Current Affairs, On 21st June 2015, Andy Murray of Britain won the men's singles of the Aegon Championships at the Queen's Club in West Kensington, England. He defeated Kevin Anderson of South Africa by 6-3, 6-4 to win this title.

    It was Andy Murray's fourth Queen's title, other three he won in 2009, 2011 and in 2013.

    Who won US Open of Golf - Jordan Spieth

    On 21st June 2015, Jordan Spieth of US won US Open title at Chambers Bay. He was also the winner of Masters Tournament at Augusta National, US in April 2015, so this was his second straight major title of 2015.

    Only Tiger woods in 2002 had won both Masters and the US Open in the same year. So Jordan Spieth became second player after him to do this.
