Former Preston and England footballer Tom Finney died at the age of 91

Former Preston and England footballer Tom Finney died at the age of 91. He was nicknamed as the Preston Plumber. Born on 5 April 1922, he played his last game in 1963.

For the year 1953-54 and 1956-57, he won the footballer of the year title. 

He was among the most talented players of his generation.
