Matteo Renzi sworn-in as PM of Italy

Matteo Renzi on 22 February 2014 sworn-in as Italy’s Prime Minister replacing Enrico Letta, who resigned from the office on 14 February 2014. Apart from this a new cabinet of 16 ministers also took the sworn of their offices at the Presidential palace in Rome.

Important to note : 

Matteo Renzi is 39 years old and is the Italy’s youngest Prime Minister and he is the third prime minister to reach office without winning an election. Renzi belongs to the Democratic Party, who was the former mayor of the Florence.
