Hello Hemanth,
As given, normal speed of bus is 54 Km/Hour.
When bus stop on stoppages then average speed become 45 km/hr.
Difference is 54-45 = 9 km/hr
So when bus stops on stoppages then it travel 9 km less in an hour. right ?
Now we need to calculate time taken by bus to travel 9 km.
Time = Distance/Speed
= 9/54 = 1/6 hour or (1/6) * 60 minutes
= 10 minutes.
