Qualification & Experience :

• Chief Manager :  Post Graduate degree with 7 Years Experience in required Discipline. 
• Senior Manager : Graduation with Minimum 5 Years Experience. 
• Manager : Graduate / Post Graduation with 3 Years Experience. 
• Senior Branch Manager : Graduation in any discipline. 5 years of experience.

Salary & Emoluments :

• SMGS-IV : Rs.30600 - 900/4 - 34200 - 1000/2 - 36200
• MMGS-III : Rs.25700 - 800/5 - 29700 - 900/2 - 31500
• MMGS-II  : Rs.19400 - 700/1 - 20100 - 800/10 - 28100
