    As per new Study of NASA Venus may have been habitable as it has a shallow water ocean and cooler temperatures for up to 2 billion years.

    Tripartite Agreement was inked between - SL & China

    Spiritual Guru Pramukh Swami Maharaj passed away, he was Head of Boachasanvasi Akshar Purushottam Sanstha (BAPS) and had large number of followers across the world. He had done many social works in the field of education, health and other social services. He was fifth spiritual guru of BAPS after fourth guru Yogiji Maharaj passed away in 1971.

    Among Important Current Affairs, Nagaland Govt has decided to grant 33% reservation to women in Urban Local Bodies as this decision was taken after a cabinet meeting held in Kohima. The Cabinet decided go ahead with the elections to the urban local bodies/town councils under Nagaland Municipal Act, 2001 by granting 33 per cent reservation for women.
